Culmination of the Collection of Events

Its that time again. Where I realize it is almost easter, and I haven't even posted about the lovely last two weeks, which is full of lots of fun events. However, because it has taken me so long to post...it won't be very erm, witty. Here we go:

• We got sorbet. Doesn't sound too exciting? Well I'm sorry, I thought so. 

look how big that is? and delicious. (also look at how cute my hubby is.)

• We went to a Russian Study abroad Reunion and I made some delicious cookies!
  Browned butter Chocolate Chip Sea Salt Cookies. Which were deeee-vine. And gave me an excuse to use the cute little plate my brother and sister in law gave me. 

(they look darker because the butter is browned. but if you want this recipe ask. they are so yummy.)

• Then St. Patricks Day happened: I made sugar cookies. With a lime frosting. DELICIOUS.

I don't remember anything else. But now we are in Colorado. And we went to Cheyenne Mountain Zoo yesterday, where Chad fed giraffes, and we saw many cute animals, including a baby gorilla who clung to his mama's back.

Sorry, I will be more diligent.
